Why Cyber Monday?

The term, " Cyber Monday" is new to me. Perhaps, I came to know recently that it is the Monday that comes after the Thanksgiving holidays and it's meant for online shopping in United States. Is this the season for shopping after shopping for Americans? Sooner after the black Friday shopping another festival comes for shopping. People shop to celebrate the festivals while in some countries shopping itself is a festival. Is this Festival meant to promote online shopping? What do you like to say about the Cyber Monday?

If you have enough money, you can shop any day. If you don't, the introduction of extra shopping days won't help you.

True. but, the online traders offer special discounts on such occasions and the buyers go crazy.

@vickyblogs If you buy things because they're special offers, you spend more money in the end. It's better not to buy any superfluous things at all.

I would much rather shop Cyber Monday, than to fight crowds.

I never done Cyber Monday. But you can do your shopping online and have those presents shipped and wrapped to you. Today's Small Business Saturday.
