I just read an article on Yahoo that said Michael Weatherly starring on NCIS may end up spending up to six months in jail. NCIS is my favorite show. I can only imagine what would happen if he was unable to be on the show for six months. Apparently he was charged with two counts of DUI. If he is 'missing in action' for six months Special Agent Anthony DiNozzo will be sorely missed.

@just4him He plays on NCIS and is one of the main characters, seems to be a nice young man but anyone can have a drinking problem especially actors it seems like.

@Marcyaz I don't watch the show, so I wouldn't know, but actors and celebrities in general have a way of getting off or doing community service and not spending any time in jail. I've also never heard of this guy because I don't watch the show.

DiNozzo will probably not be kept off the air but may have to do some community service. This is the first bad thing I have ever heard about him and I hope it is the last.

@Marcyaz I read the article because it is very rare to hear anything bad about him. If he was always getting in some kind of trouble it wouldn't be news to me.

Hundreds of thousands of people are being charged with these offences. It's sad his misdemeanors are spread all over the airwaves.
