A question about Google opinion rewards

Google has an app called Google opinion rewards. It is just like a little survey and you will get paid for finishing it. You can use your earning to buy the apps from Google Play, that's for sure. But I am not sure whether I can use my survey earning to buy something like its mobile phone from Google store.
