Artificial Grass

More and more people are having artificial grass laid in their gardens. It never needs mowing or weeding, they come and lay the artificial grass and all the work is taken out of the garden. I think it is a good idea for older people when the garden gets too big for them to cope with. Fancy having a perfect looking lawn no matter what the weather does. Our garden is far too big to contemplate paying out all that money. One day maybe when I or hubby get fed up with mowing and trimming the vast expanse of grass but it will have to come down in price before we bother with it. Would have an artificial lawn or maybe you already have one.

There are a couple of dozen of sheep in a field not far from our home. I have told my husband that next year I ask to the farmer to borrow me a couple when I need to mow the lawn.

I wish we would all have the natural one since it can help intaking the much CO2 we complain about. We need the naturals to make use of the gas and reduce it in the air But on the other hand like in the case of old people it is very understandable

If we get rid of natural grass there will be nowhere for the rain to soak into. For old people or disabled people it would be very handy.

Do not like artificial grass at all.

The artificial grass is very expensive and I do not like how it looks. As far as I can, I mow my lawn.

We looked into having an artificial lawn some time ago, but the cost was prohibitive. Also, I think they do need a bit of maintenance as the edges can come loose.

I suppose they must fray at the edges if your not careful. Sorry to hear you could not have it done.
