tough, coz i'm not good at lying.
i just try to avoid the topic, otherwise, the one who asks should just bear with the painful truth.

I have before, but I hate to do it so I'm as honest as can be because I don't like things to come back and bite me in the butt later......

No, I have a problem with lieing, I always mess it up when I try so I have learned that if they cant handle the truth to bad.
I have been spilling the beans for about 25 years now, I do not butter coat it or try to make it easier for the person.
better to just let it all out and move on

No, I would rather tell someone the truth, then to lie to someone and they go around looking like a fool. Then when they find out the truth, how do you explain your reason for lying

I try not to lie, but I guess a "little white lie" would be ok-so as not to hurt their feelings. If it was an important thing I would tell them the truth. I would try to couch it in niceness, though. Like," I really like the way you...., but you shouldn't ....

No I will not lie because in the end that lie will be found out and it could make the situation worse. I do find that sometimes if I am asked for an opinion and I do not want to offend the person that I will say "I would not do that" or "perhaps it would be better if you asked someone who knows more about it". Something like that is not a lie and at the same time I haven't offened the person asking the question.

I try not to lie to others, it hurts worse when you find out that someone you trusted lied to you. There's a saying "the truth hurts" and I think it's true, but i try to be gentle when I tell hurtful truths.

Telling a lie to someone for the reason of not hurting his/her feelings are what you call "White Lies". These lies are healthy though, but don't abuse it for it may cause danger and misunderstandings between people concern and worse it may lead to a broken relationship either between friends, lovers, family etc.

I have a habbit either u can say that it is good or u can say that its bad. Whatever i feel in my heart for someone i say it straightly on his/her face. In this way, i often such things which people do n't wanna like to listen about them e.g. girls about their beauty. I am trying to control my this habbit now.
