I find it hard to earn here

That's very true. We earn based on the interactions our posts receive. If we don't participate in them, our earnings won't be as high as they could be otherwise. Please don't worry about your English skills. You're doing a fantastic job! There's no rule here that says we have to be experts in English to post here. In fact, the only rule of that sort says we can't criticize users' imperfect English. We'd love to have you participate here. I've seen lots of members whose English has gotten much better in the years that I've been here. If you'd like help, please feel free to ask.

No, be positive, just express yourself without minding your English. People here are not really mindful of your grammar, even the Admin don't so don't worry, just keep interacting and you will survive.
