Why is it so hard to buy tickets?

There are two months away from the Chinese New Year, but now is the time to buy the back home tickets.
Every day the railway sector will be issued a ticket at a particular point in time. But the tickets is so hard to buy, every time I saw have some tickets appeared the Computer or phone screen, I quickly pressed the button of "Book tickets", but when I submit the order, the tickets is already gone. And I need to constantly refresh the buy tickets page from 7:30 a.m to 23:00 p.m every day. It made me crazy and stress.
Now I also use browser and app to help me refresh to buy tickets in automatically. But the browser always cancel my account login automatically. I want to always pay attention to whether my account is still working. I just want to be reunited with my families in the New Year, why is it so hard to buy tickets?

there are not enough tickets for everybody, so we need to rush to buy tickets. The railway sector will be put in a daily ticket at a specified time. Usually hundred tickets sold out within a few seconds

I am not sure what the problem is. Do you have a friend who has a computer? Maybe it is an issue with your computer. Do you have a place there, you can go to to purchase tickets?

there are not enough tickets for everybody. The railway sector put ticket at a specified time every day. Usually hundred tickets sold out within a few seconds. I used the moblie phone app and computer to buy the tickets. Sadly that I still have not get the tickets...
