I just cannot adjust to the modern songs. I still belong to the oldies. Here is one if you like to listen to what I simply love to I have always enjoyed Tony Brent when he bellows it out. Enjoy

I was quite surprised to find that I have not heard this before. I was born in 1949, making most of the fifties before my time to a great extent, although I do have a good selection of recording from that era. Those were the days of Paul Anka, Marion Ryan and many more great artists.

I didn't watch the video; I'm too busy listening to music from the 1930s (well before I was born, but real music!).

I enjoyed that youtube link, thanks! I could not relate to most of the songs of these modern days. Old songs are getting sweeter and sweeter as the years go by, so I prefer listening to them.

There is still good music being made, it is not a thing of the past. If you enjoy music of the 50s and 60s, you should try James Hunter, he could have stepped right out of the 50s.
