Sore throat. Keep on sneezing. Any day i know colds will be on me. Work in cold room. Out for lunch and outisde is warm or almost as hot as summer. Then back to the cold room after. My immunity system is not that strong. Don't take any vitamins. I am not really good with it. Getting sick is not surprising. With the all the paperworks i have done for the month, mind and body both are exhausted. With enough rest and honey with lemon, as my home remedy, this colds won't last long. What is your home remedy for colds?

Since I rarely get sick with any type of seasonal flu I thank my smarts for keeping my immune system healthy just by simply taking a Vitamin E supplement, or eating lots of fresh Tuna or Cod or salmon and if fresh is not available or too expensive, packages of tuna is excellent because of Selenium in it ! Stay healthy and I am wishing you a very happy Holiday

Honey and lemon are the best at the beginning. I doesn´t work for viruses though.

I don't think it is good to go from a cold room out into the heat and back again. It must be hard for the body to cope with.
