I am weird (particular) about my breakfast foods

I just made my family some breakfast for supper. I made bacon, sausage links, eggs, and toast. I'm kind of particular about what I will and won't eat when it comes to breakfast foods. I made about seven links of sausage out of a package of fourteen. I got myself two pieces but I'm not particularly a fan of sausage, especially the maple flavored sausage I bought. I think it is way too sweet. I bought a thicker cut of cherrywood bacon and it was delicious. I could eat lots of bacon if I were so inclined, but only allowed myself one slice. Eggs are another thing that I'm not particularly fond of. I did have about a tablespoon worth though, just enough to go with the toast that I made. Everyone seems to have enjoyed the meal. It's very rare that I make breakfast for supper, so it was a real treat for us all. My niece is over here for a little bit while her mother and brother go practice their martial art. I asked my niece if she would like any but she declined. She usually loves bacon. How often do you make breakfast as a late meal?

I'm the chef of the house, so if I don't make it we don't eat it. Well other then take out and fast food, but you get what I mean.

So you had Breakfast for dinner as well? I'm glad you enjoyed it. I only cook twice a week, and only have breakfast foods every six months or so.

I love breakfast foods and I don't usually eat breakfast, so cooking it for dinner is the only time I get it. I have found myself cooking it for dinner a lot more lately. I guess I have been craving it.. I tried the maple sausage for the first time recently and I liked it. I'm not a fan of sausage so I was surprised I liked it...

I hope not to offend but maple flavored sounds awful nasty for sausage. If I happen to have a day where I miss the morning hours for breakfast, sometimes, I might still want it. Otherwise, I will just jump into making lunch. Now, if I happen to go out for lunch I will choose to eat from the breakfast menu. There's something about breakfast at any time that sounds really good. I've had it for dinner before but breakfast for lunch is awesome for sure.

I take my breakfast early in the morning so that I can get to work on time. I always have coffee and bread. Breakfast usually consists of the same thing every morning. I only change the bread that I eat every morning. Sometimes I have white bread with jam, and sometimes fruits and nuts bread loaf.
