Have you ever been with a depression?

im very nervous so...ive been a lot of times with depressions but only one time i get to the doctor because of that...i cure myself without no medicents, i try to calm down and..think slowly...

I have never gone into depressions, but I know you can fight it, just learn to trust in God, then never let your mind dwell on anything unpleasant, keep yourself busy, and remember your mind has to be kept free of all thoughts, that way you can really be free of depressions, if all this is difficult, then you must take medications

yea have for a number of years ,gone of my medication now and feeling much better after some really tough times
