In my case I have a beard, and I love it. It gives me a mature look. I dont care what others say, what about you? Do you have a beard? Or what is your view of having a beard? Do you like persons having beard? Do anyone discourage you from having a beard?

yes I like men with beard .it looks so sexy .but it is not allowed for a employee . .

I like a well trimmed beard. If it accents the face it can be beautiful on a man.
