How much should you pay for a used basketball goal?

I was looking at new ones and they actually weren't too expensive. I found a couple on sale for $60 that went up to 6.5 ft. I thought that was a pretty good deal. So if I can get a new one for $60+ dollars, how much should I spend for a used one?

Buy one for what? I can assure you that one you have it at home, after three months, nobody will be using it. The kids will rather play basketball with their friends or practice in school than at home. Your cats and dogs will not want it too.

You know I am training my dog to fetch the ball. If she can get the basketball in her mouth without popping it I will teach her to play. The cat can be mistaken for a basketball. I think you and I should try to play. We aren't too old yet.

Sure it is like a soccer net. Not sure there is a point to either game. It's like golf you chase a ball all over the playing area.

That really depends on how much the goal was when it was originally purchased. Whatever you see for sale in the used section you can cross reference the model online to get an idea of what it originally cost.

I honestly never thought to do that. I just figured I had a certain amount I could pay and I wanted to find something that was worth its value. I guess I am thrifty to the point of being cheap. lol
