Do you constantly prepare for things.?

I find even when I am watching tv, I am not really listening these days. If I am not physically preparing for my next move to a new place or what to do about my pains, etc. , I am thinking what I can/will be able to do next. I guess you would call it constant worry. The biggest reason I am not here that often. So I guess I am asking are you also in a constant state of worry and anxiety? problem is, I will be like this till I get settled in some where and can get help with all this sickness also.

I have been that way off and on over the past year. It's been kind of like a roller coaster. I can certainly understand how you must be feeling with the move just around the corner and not feeling well on top of it.

@bunnybon7 Yes, it really does seem that way. When are you moving? I hope it all goes smoothly for you.

I used to be but got on some good meds for the anxiety and that has helped considerably. I am calmer and I don't worry so much. Meditation also helps.

yes I have tried some meds but they seem to ruin my stomach. sometimes meditation or watching funny movies helps. not always.

@bunnybon7 Well , we have to accept the fact that as we grow older , we cannot move as fast as we can when we were younger .

Yes, I am in a constant state of anxiety, even when there is no real reason to be anxious. I believe that this is my nature.

I try not to let anything stress me out too much. If I can get through Christmas, everything will be good.

@bunnybon7 Think about or reflect on what Jesus said about worry - It can't add one thing to your life or change the color of your hair. So if it can't add anything to it, then it's not worth worrying over. Take each day and moment as it happens.

Oh! I am in the same boat. I cannot help but worrying all the time for the next thing, and in that way unable to concentrate in the present.

I pray that it all comes together for you, I am sure God has a plan. I have normal anxiety but nothing compared to yours.

I don't let a whole lot stress me out, I live one day at a time and try not to worry about things I cannot change.

that is easier when you can stay where you are at and don't have to worry about where you can live soon.

Like most people, I do worry some, but I cannot say I am in a constant state of worry and anxiety. That is not good for your health. I hope you can find some peace and serenity in your life.
