My fingers hurt....

I finally decided to start wrapping the gifts that i do have tonight. I don't have a tree but i have a designated spot for my gifts and i wanted to make my house a little festive. So i wrapped them up and put them in their spot. And now i have alittle bit of Christmas in my house. But i will be the first to admit that i would not make a good professional gift wrapper. I try really hard, but they suck in the end. And my thumb hurts pretty bad from the tape dispenser. But i really enjoy wrapping gifts because it's all part of the giving process. And i love it. Are you a good gift wrapper? Do you like wrapping gifts or do you just want to get it over with?

I would say I'm ok but could do better. I hope your fingers are better by now.

Only reason I did it was to add some christmas to my house. If not for that, I would have waited till last minute too...hehe

Your running out of time. If you wrap them all at one time you might hurt your fingers like me!!

Glad u have a little bit of Xmas there now friend. It is cheerful for sure. I am not a good wrapper, but I could be if I put more effort into it. I used to.

I used to always enjoy wrapping gifts but now I tend to go with those gift bags. I still wrap some but not as many as I used to

I admit that any presents that are peculiar shapes are given to my Mum to wrap. She is very good at wrapping.

i let my my best friend wrap all my gifts. not only is she good at it, but she loves doing it too. But I still have to wrap hers, and this year they are all oddly shaped gifts, it seems.

I used to enjoy it a lot. Not so much anymore. My daughter was visiting here and helped me out by wrapping things for me. I think I just may start out now anticipating how much I will enjoy it next year. I am certain that will help.

I'm not a great gift wrapper. I do like to put things into boxes so that the gift is not so easily known. (We bought a little vintage pin for my Mom and it came in a jewelry box. I put the box into a larger pasta box then wrapped that.) Our tree is small and a target for the fur persons. Leah pup easily hits the tree boughs with her long tail. So far the smallest gifts sit up on a little table. The largest one that's for my hubby sits on an ottoman in the bedroom. (Can't have accidents on it.)

Oh I understand the furbabies and christmas trees all too well. I like using boxes and different things like that too so they can't guess what the item is. That just makes it fun
