While we were in Salzburg in July 2015 we visited Hellbrunn Palace. This is an early Baroque villa built by the Prince-Archbishop of Salzburg, Markus Sittikus von Hohenems who had the palace built between 1613 and 1619.
The grounds abound in trick water fountains but there are also interesting displays within the building. There are no bedrooms as the Prince-Archbishop visited the palace only during the day. He loved to catch his guests unawares with the water features.
It was difficult to take adequate photos because of the lighting. I loved the old heater and took photos of many of these throughout our travels through France, Germany and Austria. In 2004, a 10 Euro collectors' coin was minted called the Castle of Hellbrunn coin.

He entertained a lot there but it does seem odd not to have a bedroom.
