Boxing Day Indian Buffet!

Just got back, after eating one of the best non-traditional, non-British Boxing Day meals ever... so overstuffed I can hardly sit at my desktop That meal has to be the best few pounds, spent, over Xmas, the food was delicious and well prepared, and most certainly plentiful, with very attentive and happy and courteous waiters, attending to your every wish. The buffet menu was huge, and much as I tried to stretch the stomach to try more, it didn't work, so although it would have been good to try everything, I'd say it was virtually impossible. So well done, that wasn't so much a buffet as a huge feast, for so little money....pity there were no homeless around, they could have benefitted from a few 'doggy bags' today !!

That seems an incredible price and it would be very difficult not to eat enough to make it excellent value for money.

@Asylum I did wonder if it would be 'food for a price'... but it wasn't ,it was extremely good. By the way are your feet still dry?...or have you been floated away in Manchester's flooded streets... what a way to end Xmas...

A very kind gesture to the local community and to thank all their customers and no rubbish food to accommodate the price, I call that Goodwill...how about you?

I had a pre-Christmas Curry dinner in the Cape and it was GOOD, unfortunately the two days thereafter were not friendly to my bowls at all.. he he I love Indian food - but take it in in small doses.

Is it true? You have an Indian buffet for only £ 2.50? We can have a cappuccino here for that amount of money.
