The washer and dryer saga

Well you know I am planning to buy a washer and dryer. Now we ordered one from Sears. It came to more than we expected, and since it was online, I had to use my credit card. But our Christmas purchases has not passed yet, so we were would not have enough money left on the card. We were afraid the purchase would be declined, or they pass it and charge us a lot of over the limit fees.
My son cancelled the order for the washer and dryer today. I also sent the full payment for the washer and dryer to the credit card company and now I will have the balance I need to buy it. I just hope there is no trouble giving more payment than there is purchases on the credit card.
I will order the washer and dryer again once the payment is received by the credit card company.

From what I understand, credit card companies will return the overage to you by check.
Next time, you could probably purchase a gift card for the amount that would be over your limit. Those are applied before other payment methods, so it'd bring the total down to what you can safely put on the card.

I ordered it and I will get it on Feb 10 because they are out of stock right now.

I hope you get the washer and dryer. I think paying more on the card is no issue as I have done it before.

well I ordered it, but they are not in stock, so I have to wait to Feb 10 for delivery
