I like cooking and I also enjoy sharing my recipes online. I have a blog which is full of my successful recipes. If I want to cook it again, at least it is easy for me to get it and follow my own recipes.

I've shared a few online. What I'd really like to do is have a couple of books custom made for my kids. My plan is to get the recipes collected together, and add photos of them cooking them with us at various ages. It'll end up being a combination of photo album and cookbook... hopefully something they'll love to have when they're adults.

I think you can develop your interest in cooking more. One way is to train your son to use the smartphone or other device to take a video when you cook a special dish. He can edit, and post to Youtube. That will be a big project for him, and he will learn a skill

This is a good idea. Usually he just helps me as the little chef. But you are right that he can also help me to write, edit and take photos.

I love collecting recipes but I don't really like to cook. I don't know how that works but I just love to collect recipe books that have pictures of the finished dishes. I especially like cookbooks that show graphically each steps in the cooking process. I wish there's a magic spell that can turn pictures into the real thing then I don't need to cook the recipes that I see in these books.

I would share more of my recipes if I had pictures of the finished plate. It's a home business project worth considering. I visited the blog link on your profile but there were no recipes. Can you please share the link to your recipe blog? I'd like to visit.

I used to share my recipes on my blog, as I am very forgetful, and it's good for me to refer in the future as well. But, I haven't been updating my blog for quite some time. I like your recipe sharing. I will need to find time to try out some recipes.
