Thai and southeast Asian cooking is one of my favorite cuisines. To this end I am going to plant a "southeast Asian garden" outside. Only some of the plants that I intend on growing are: zorami (allium hookeri) Thai basil cardamom cilantro (slow bolt) cumin plant (for leaves & seed) shampoo ginger ivy gourd kaffir limes katuk (Sauropus androgynous) lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus) molokhia pandanus amaryllifolius (screwpine) roselle (Hibiscus sabdariffa) turmeric wild pepper leaves yardlong beans They are some of my favorite flavors!! Do any of you have a favorite type of cooking?
