Eating less sugar...

I think I had sugar once yesterday,which makes me happy. I did not have my cup of tea just to make sure I did not have sugar. But,my neighbor made a cake and did not want it. I got a nice sized slice and I think it had sugar in it. I am trying to get into splenda again for my tea. Which is leaving me not so happy. But,i am feeling a little loose feeling in my clothing. That is what I want. Are you cutting down on something? My friend gave me a beautiful lollipop bouquet. I am going to put it up on the stand at the mall for mothers day.

also watch out for the hidden sugar like bread etc.

Ah yes I am also planning on eating less sweet stuff. Less of oil and butter too. Milk products as well. These are all my weaknesses. I too want to lose some weight. All the best to you!

I been eating more healthy lately and staying away from the junk. I'm going to have one day of eating just junk food and that will be on Sunday's, the rest of the week I will eat healthy.

We trying to cut out sugar as much as possible too. We're aiming for more raw vegetables and fruit, less meat, less "packaged" highly processed foods. It's not easy, and it's not always possible - but we're trying.

That is what I am trying to do. I realized I eat more package food then anything else,due mostly to my sore feet.

Read the ingredients in everything you buy lots of stuff even canned fruits and vegetables have lots of sugar in them/

Yes I have to be on a 1600 calorie per day diet so said my doctor.

MY dr. said to cut the sugar and carbs down and then out. I am working on that now.

Right now I am not limiting myself on anything but after I have the baby I will be working on losing the weight I put on. =) Thank God I have only gained 15 pounds this pregnancy.

I use honey. I don't go in for the Splenda or any of those. I wrote a long article about sweeteners and did a lot of research. I will use honey until it is sadly no longer available.
