Aircon or Electric Fan?

They said air conditions are not healthy for our health that is why it is better to open the ventilator. But in my country it is really hot and sometimes the electric fan cannot handle it anymore so I am using an air condition especially for my baby she cannot sleep when it is really hot. I think its okay to have air condition just don't consume it the whole day.
