Marie Osmond let me down

On January 1st I watched QVC and Marie Osmond was demonstrating her 'BodyGym Deluxe Portable Resistance Band Home Gym'. I wrote about it the next day and told everyone that I ordered it and couldn't wait to get started making good changes. @gr8nanna6 ordered one after reading my post.
I received a email from QVC entitled, "Order Delay"...hum I knew that wasn't going to be good news and it wasn't.
Basically it said:
...this item is not available for immediate shipment. We're truly sorry that we're unable to ship your order as promised. If we're unable to get additional quantities of this item, you'll be notified of your order cancellation with our regrets.
It went on to say I can cancel the order...
I received that email on the 6th. I decided that I would give it 14 days and if I don't hear from QVC regarding this I will cancel the order. I understand that Walmart is selling something similar so I'll check it out to be on the safe side.
You get your head and your mind set on something and then the roof falls in...darn. I hope I can hold onto my motivation to make changes.

They sold like 200,000 thousand of them - you would'assume' once they reached the total amount they had in stock they wouldn't let any one else place an order.

@mom210 I am pretty sure the only place she sells them is on QVC - I've searched and that's all I can find.

You must be so disappointed as I remember you said you were excited to get this item. Hopefully QVC will be able to fulfill your order and you can get on with your exercise

@AbbyGreenhill I know you were. I would have been too. I would recommend waiting for that one though, instead of getting the knock off at Wal Mart. You know, you get what you pay for.

Maybe it will be there by your chosen date! Things like that can be so disappointing. They must have had a huge response to that item.

Don't feel bad. I order my son one of those exerciser were you can hang upside down. None of the bolts fit right and there were many problems with it. They refused to refund my money so I filed a report with the BBB

@AbbyGreenhill I wish I would have gotten it from Walmart but it was one of those seen on TV things.
