After Eating My Lunch...

After eating lunch it is my habit to watch my favorite noontime TV show instead of taking my nap, although i feel sleepy but I don't want to suffer from hyper acidity again.

Well I'm not on that stage yet but myhubby is...I mean he opt for an early retirement 3 years ago... The show? It's Eat Bulaga!

So eating then napping causes you a hyper acidic effect on your digestive tract ?

Yes it does plus some other factors like eating acidic food, stress and etc.

Okay then how about balancing your acidic foods intake with more food sources that are more alkaline like raw broccoli, cauliflower and celery ?? @vanities

What show are you watching - is it a talk show or a soap opera? I can't remember the last time I took a nap - even on weekends or holidays I can't get into a habit of taking a nap...

A local variety show in our country. I stop working last 3 years ago and have all the time to take a nap. You should take a nap for 15 minutes everyday to boost your energy.

@vanities Yeah, I know people who do that on their breaks. I can't take short naps like that - I'd probably end up sleeping for hours...
