I woke up this morning to around 2 inches of snow on the ground. I'm not even going to complain as this is only our 2nd snow fall this winter. Highly unusual for the 12th of January. It was really windy when I first got up but it seems to have settled down a bit. And that's really good as I have a 72 mile ride to take this afternoon to go to a wake. My husbands cousin passed on Friday. She was 75. She is one of the older cousins my husband will be 60 in 10 days.
I can't wait until spring arrives I am anxious to go fishing. This photo is of me relaxing in my boat fishing. Some have asked me to post a picture of myself so here it is lol. What do you think?

@fishtiger58 Lovely! I really should take up fishing. So many do in Florida. Our neighbor fishes every day near the pool. He either cooks the fish for himself or gives it to someone else. We don't even have to drive. This photo is was taken from my bedroom window. Lol!

@DianneN What a great view. Nice pic. I can see the river out our windows. Fishing is great, we take our boat out and find a nice secluded spot. it's such great quality time alone with my husband.

Thanks. It's one of our favorite close lakes, we can do easily from home. It's in Indiana, I live about 10 miles from the Indiana border and 20 miles from this lake.

LOL yes indeed, it's not that I want to keep my identity to myself, I just take horrible pictures I like the photo too. You know what they say a picture is worth a thousand words.

@ElizabethWallace It is, my sons are grown, respectful, leading great lives, and they love their mommy lol. My hubby has a heart of gold, very mellow guy. We still love each other after 30 years together. Life is good.

We had our first real snowfall of the winter, probably 3 inches and I will have to clear up this afternoon.
As to your photo. I realise many people are shy and prefer not to have them. I always say the Bio picture should represent you, but not necessarily be you, although it should be unique.

@TiarasOceanView My husband and I are retired so we go a lot. HIm more than me but we have fun. Having a boat makes a big difference I don't care much for shore fishing.

We woke up to an inch this morning and now the sun is shining. Going to have snow showers off and on today as well. Sorry to hear about your husbands cousins loss today. Hope you have a safe ride there and back
