Random Word Post – objurgate

I find a random word by flipping through my 2003 The New Webster’s Concise Dictionary and write a quick – often silly – little post about it. # “To rebuke severely; scold sharply.” I’d guess this is for when you have the cold, focused anger and can use words like objurgate. This isn’t for times when you’re so angry you forget how words work and are like, “Why you … why I … when you … aggghhh!”

"I was objurgated for being late for school" - would that work? Haha. It's crazy to think there are so many unused words out there! Happy Thursday to you!
