Tonight, I made rice, sautéed mung bean, and fried baked chicken. I did not fry the chicken breasts, I baked them instead. I mixed flour, paprika, salt, pepper, and seasoned salt and dip the chicken in it. Then I dip the chickens to melted butter (unsalted), and then I dip it into panko bread crumbs. Baked it in the oven, turning it after 10-12 minutes to make the other side crispy. I served it with the steaming rice and sautéed mung bean, or as we call it in the Philippines, "ginisang mongo".

Yummy! I like what you did with the chicken. I might try it for our dinner here tonight as well.

If we already have "Lawry's there (seasoned salt), I recommend using that one.

@Raine38 So it's better than the usual salt? I might try checking the imported section from the grocery.

It is. Gonna watch my portions though. I haven't shed the holiday pounds I put on.
