No worries about seeing those fine lines

Time passes. Every day the changes are subtle until that day, that one day. You wake up and notice the lines at the corners of your eyes and the gray along the hairline that now outlines your face. But it's really okay, because within those years that have passed, you realize it's not life you have lost, just youth. Your eyes turn away from yourself, and the imperfections that reflect in the mirror. And you realize it's not about loss, but rather how much you stand to gain. What yet awaits. And a deep, deep awe of the price He paid so a place would be saved.in all eternity for you. Where everything is new, and nothing grows old. A reservation made just for you by Jesus himself, when He signed in red, your name.

Anna, I agree with you. I have many fine lines, gray hair, and even put on a lot of weight over the years, would like to lose the pounds, but my age is my age, and I have no problems with it.. God loves me and my family loves me.. and my friends love me.. what more could I ask for. thank you my friend.

The other day when I looked in the mirror I was taken aback by the wrinkles near my eyes. I had no idea I would have wrinkles at this age. Good thing I'm not trying to impress anyone, I'm happily married with children and a God who loves me for who I am no matter what. I'm Blessed. =)
