I am doing a little washing and tidying up. I was about to get dressed and run over to the dollar tree for some things. My main reason for going was fabeeze. I love to just spray fabric and the whole house have a sweet smell. I decided to check online for something home made. I found a easy set of instructions and used a little more fabric softener and water. It came out perfect for me. If you have a spray bottle it could be fun for you too. I just love the internet..
Very cheap alternative to febreeze that WORKS. Been using for a long time.

I do not use fabric softener or Febreeze, but I take water and put a few drops of essential oils with it in a spray bottle and spray everything. I use peppermint or orange to repel spiders, mice, and freshen the house.

I have done that GG with tea tree oil and lavender and cedar. It is great for getting rid of any creatures.

That peppermint oil does t stain your things. I use the peppermint oil on cotton balls to kill the mice.. They eat the ball and die and you only smell the oil. It's big out here in Ny.

I love the internet too. ANything you want is right there at your finger tips. I use lavender. I have a sachet pillow of it and I sniff that and it helps me. I don't have Fabreeze or anything.

I think I would love lavender as well. I have that in bath wash and it made me feel so relaxed.

Enjoy what you have found. I love the fabric conditioner that we used at home and that is downy.

Wow that is fantastic! I must try to make some but I dont use fabric softener. Still I imagine this would be a lot cheaper in the long run to smell the place pretty.
