Eggs & Vegetables In A Sandwich!!

I am trying to be healthy this week so decided to have some vegetables and a fried egg (fried in no calorie oil spray) in a sandwich. The sandwich will have mayo (light) and salad. The vegetables will consist of peas, carrots and sweetcorn. I think it is a new method of me trying to get more veg in my diet so having it in a sandwich will work as I am sure it will taste nice :D Have you ever tried vegetables in a sandwich with a fried egg.

I always add lots of lettuce, cucumber and onions in my egg spread.

@salonga It is worth a try. Put some sauce in it too so it is not too dry :D

No, quite frankly this is something that does not sound appealing. If I want to eat more vegetables I prefer to make a salad and add boiled eggs, it's a lot healthier.

That is a good idea. I think vegetables can go into a sandwich and taste good.

No, I haven't tried vegetables in a sandwich and I won't try it as it does not sound good to me. I like my veggies on the side with my meal not in a sandwich.

If I make sandiwich with vegetables then I wish to avoid eggs. If I use egg fry then I prefer to avoid vegetables with the same. This is my way of cooking.
