Random Word Post – zymurgy

I find a random word by flipping through my 2003 The New Webster’s Concise Dictionary and write a quick – often silly – little post about it. # “zymurgy – The chemistry of fermentation as applied to brewing, making of yeast, and wine making.” I guess that sounds like the slurred answer to the question, “What do you do at the brewery?” “I work with zymurgy.”

@pgiblett My parents have this 1000 page dictionary from the 1940s, I'm curious what the last word in that is. I may have to go digging for that.
