Needing glasses

Needing glasses When I woke today it took me what seemed like forever to be able to see and read my texts on my phone, ever harder to write one. After a little time I was ok but it got me thinking, so while I was in town I got myself some reading glasses. Ok I guess I need to have a proper check-up really and I due to have one soon. The joys of getting older.

better that than eye strain, and I dont think of eye problems as an old age thing, I had glasses by age 4! lol

I sort of need far distance driving for night time. But I don't drive at night and I didn't want to pay the co-pay , glasses of like $100 so I'll wait until I actually need it. My optometrist didn't really recommend the glasses just yet either because it is very slightly, not a difference yet.

So maybe soon you will then again maybe not. You could go a few more years before you do need them.

@kevin1877uk And, I think it's because I don't drive at night so it's more weak at night. I hope to go a few years without needing glasses. My optometrist says my vision is at perfect just that slight far distance only but nothing to be concerned as of right now. I hope you get your proper check up soon!

oh yes, it is hard. I am experiencing that also especially nowadays that I read a lot of ebooks. At night, it makes it harder for me to read and need to adjust the font

My husband's sight is never the best in the mornings but comes better after a while. For him, it's to do with his diabetes.

Interesting. I've noticed it a few times, maybe it was because I had just woken, next month check-up appointment and go from there.
