A Day for Decisions

It's time to put the lid on today. It's just after midnight and I need to be up in six hours for church.
After doing a lot of thinking and the discussions regarding Pip, I'm calling the vet for an appointment on Monday. It will be sad, and no doubt I will be doing a lot of crying, but it's what is best for Pip. In the meantime I'm going to enjoy the last weekend with her.
I am under a hundred notifications, so I've made a lot of headway today.
I hope you all had a good day today. Time to say goodnight and I will see you all back here later today.

that is a sad thing to have to do - i send you hugs and prayers as you stand with Pip at her time of departing this ordinary earth to be with some wonderful heavenly angels . He can join my Shilo - whisper to her your undenying LOVE and as her to send Shilo my love and kisses as I miss her so

Pip and Shilo can meet my Labby as well. She left us two years ago. They can be friends and play together. Labby is a good buddy to play with, she's been with me all the time for my first two pregnancies.

@ridingbet She was a very good dog. Gentle, kind, non-aggressive, loved to smile, I wish I could have captured one of her smiles but she wouldn't smile at me when I was taking her pictures. She loved attention, and she knew when she was naughty, and did it on purpose - that was when she smiled at you in a 'gotcha' kind of way. I'm going to really miss her.

Hope all goes well for you and pip and atleast she will not be in pain anymore after she goes in peace. I hope your able to get some sleep so you can make it to church

Thank you. I got to bed late, just 5.5 hours of sleep. I went back to bed when I got home from church so I didn't get here very early today.

Thank you. When I look at her my mind tells me it's too soon. She looks happy. But then I see how she is, and know the time has come.
