Do you own a bike?

I was planning on getting a bike and using it this summer. Since I don't have the shelter and will be petsitting most of the summer and having a pile of free time. I would bike home to feed the animals,and then bike back. Also,in between time that I otherwise would sit at home even go to the grocery store.

My husband and I both have bikes, and weather permitting we ride every night a mile or 2 after dinner.

I like a routine and keeps me on track of everything. I use to walk a mile everyday but then work schedule changed, and got out of the routine.

@fishtiger58 I completely agree with you. I find a lot of people are poor owners, and claim their dogs wont do anything yet they will chase you down the street. COuld you not call the bylaw?

@ricki_911 I also used to walk 2 to 3 miles everyday but lately the dogs running the streets have stopped me. Wish those dog owners would tie up the dogs.

@ricki_911 Relationship break up, long story. Were ok don't get me wrong, we ran out of money and couldn't carry on with what we were trying to do.

Yes, that would be hard to sell/ toss everything and start over again. Why did you leave the US?.

I bought two bikes in the past three years to exercise. The first one was a mountain bike and I replaced it by a trekking which is better for long rides. I had not done any bike since I was a teen, and I needed a few months to really enjoy biking.

I haven't ridden a bike in years but I used to love to bike ride. Sounds like a good idea for you to get a bike

It would give me some exercising, but then I can see nature as well.
