Fitness Journey 1/29

It has been a while since I have done one of these but lately with all the aches, pains, and just feeling of being tired all of the time I have not been keeping up as I would like to. I did however get myself moving today and do a workout. I felt really good about doing it after I was done with it though I am still hurting and tired. Hopefully I will get back into the rhythm of things. Unfortunately, I won't be able to use the gym at my college because I will be getting picked up on time after class. How have you all been doing?

I am thinking to start a fitness diary too. My lazy bum though whispered to me always that I could do it later which successfully postponed me from putting it into action. BTW what kind of exercise you're doing, since you said you didn't hit the gym?

I do the T-25 Alpha workouts at home. No equipment needed and it definitely gives results.

@kyrararen it is intense but with time anyone can. There is a modifier in it so you can follow her until your ready for the regular full on moves of the exercise

I managed to join my walking group 6 times in January. I need to add some other things to walking.

It is a good idea to keep as fit as possible even if it makes you a bit sore for a start.
