Persona paper is different

Unlike Bubblews Persona Paper will give sufficient time for those interested in copying their posts. They will also try to pay those who have neared redemption subject to availability of funds after settling their own account. For some business ethics comes first.

I earned 31p (or was it 31 cents?) so I don't think I'll get paid. I am in the process of removing what I did post though and will use it elsewhere.

I have well over 1300 posts. I would not be interested in all of them but some I would like to save. I have just about 2 dollars there. They paid me 60 in all.

That would be 31 cents. I have over $12 there but don't really expect to see any of it but then, like many long-terms members I wasn't there for the money but for the interaction. There are (were) some great people there.

@allknowing I deleted and saved all of mine and I'll have to work out what I do with them now as not sure they would work on here.

That's very good, they obviously have ethics.

The owners - Heather and Will Chapman - are straight arrows who got caught up in a bad situation through no fault of their own. They aren't the type to cut and run.

@JolietJake I saw another post with as many or perhaps more responses. Shows that my post was not visible to many

@JolietJake The point is why those who saw Abby's post did not see mine

I was never part of Persona Paper but it's nice to hear that they are giving notice so people aren't surprised and can copy their posts

I wasn't on that site but it's nice to read that some sites can close without compromising their ethics.

That is a rather unrealistic comparison because the financial demands for persona Paper are vast less than those faced by Bubblews. The original payment scheme was very low and iot was quite a task for anyone to reach $10 there.

@allknowing Very true, but since they began with a realistic earnings frame they stayed viable, whereas Bubblews was no doubt in debt before the demise.

@Asylum Bubblews messed up. They paid far too much. I earned a lot there in just about 6 months. My last two redemptions were not paid.

The demands may be less but their holdings or whatever they are called are small too.

I too like that they're giving enough notice, and will try to pay some. It is a shame that they're closing. It was a good place to be.

Yes, I really respect the owners for their integrity. They have always been very transparent and upfront with whatever they're doing. I certainly feel very saddened by the news. Persona Paper is one website that I thought would last but I guess the payment rate isn't sustainable.

It is nice that they are doing that, but still sad the site is closing. I wrote there.

Now that is a very professional way of handling business. I am happy that such people are still there in this world.
