New Month Begins

January always seems to be the longest month of the winter, but this year it went fast and now we begin February, which always seems to go by fast. We had a nice mild weekend, rained in the night, but today we are getting some sun and wind. Amazing how much our snow melted over the weekend with the warmer temperatures. I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend, and that you have a great February

We had light snow over night a couple of nights ago and it was melted off by daybreak. It is nice for the skiing areas this year. More than usual. Now we are having blue skies and some wind.

After the rain last night and the mild temperatures, our lawn is almost bare. Supposed to get a bit of snow on Wednesday and then more rain.

Excellent, Happy Februrary 1st to you as well. I am hoping I can get my taxes done this month, that is my only goal - besides continuing to work online, work overtime at my job, and get out of debt. Oh, and also working out. But besides that, I have no major goals. *Laugh*. I also hope the weather continues to stay about TWENTY degrees out here in Minnesota. Otherwise it's too cold to do anything. Have a good day!

I hope that February is a good month for me. It is a shorter month, so I will have to work harder to reach the payout. If I don't though, I will have next month to get it, so all is good. Here where I live, January was a mild month, with lots of rain. We are still having the mild weather, and I hope that the rain isn't as numerous, as we have had way to much, and we need sunshine and dry weather for awhile. Just have to wait and see what this month brings.

@AnneEJ You can do it, but you have to work at it. I hope that I make it too, as it is a short month, and we have a few less days to get it. I will work as hard as I can though, and I know I can do it, if I just put my mind to it.

We had a nice weekend, we took our son's puppy back home and reclaimed the house again. It was a mild weekend, and today was nice as well too. I don't know where those 31 days of January went, but I hope that February goes a little slower.

They say the groundhog saw his shadow so we will have six more weeks of winter. I am sure we will have that anyway, regardless of what the groundhog says. It is nice here today.
