Tonight's Dinner Menu

Tonight I will be making lemon garlic chicken with mashed potatoes and I have to pick a veggie to make. For dessert I am thinking of making some peanut butter cookies! I have been wanting cookies for a long time now. I also would love some gummy bears and popsicles but that is just my horrible sweet tooth rearing its rare but horrible head. What's goin on in your kitchens tonight?

Your menu sounds delicious. Hope you had a lovely dinner. My husband loves deserts. He is the one with the sweet tooth in the family.

I made meatloaf and a baked sweet potato, sliced cucumbers. We ate halos (little oranges) as well.

Today being so cold again we made some homemade soup with rolls. I have some peanutbutter and raisin cookies and now talking about it I think I wll go and have a cookie.

Lemon garlic chicken sounds really delicious with a side of mashed potatoes and whichever vegetables you chose! I am not sure what I am having for dinner, still deciding for lunch, hehe.
