Hello I've been here, there and everywhere the pasts days.... Check ups, laboratories, drug store...... My world evolves within the confine of the house, doctor's clinics, hospital, drug store and back.... First, my daughter came home with fever, the next day, my husband came home with chest compression, next my son with fever and cough. My daughter recovered, it is viral. my husband then according to the doctor needs to rest and to take blood test, ecg, and other heart work up, still waiting for the results. Then my son acquired bronchitis..... One thing I am thankful for, I am up and about to take care of them all though at one point in time my world is spinning because of no sleep....

@rakski You better let your husband watch his eating and start taking alternatives aside from the medication . Research on how apple cider vinegar can help all those to be normalized . Aside from that , let him drink Wachichao tea at least after every meal . You can also research on its health benefits .

@SIMPLYD thanks. We are altering the food for the whole household now. Yes, apple cider vinegar is good for the health. What is Wachichao tea? Never heard of that before.

oh yes, God is really good! I was spared because it is much more difficult if I get sick. They are all doing good now. Good news for us, though my husband's blood test result has high sugar, cholesterol and uric acid, his heart is good. So it is a problem mostly in the blood test, there medications given but we still need really to alter the food and of course the exercise.

@rakski I am sure you know the allergens that may trigger the asthma, my friend. Be careful as well when you care for your family.

It is painful to have so many people sick at the same time. Glad that the children have not contacted serious conditions. Hope your husband is all right.

@IvySaysHi that is very true, being wife and a mother is a job with endless job description..... but the joy and the reward in return is highly satisfactory.

Then what you need is to take a nap or go to bed early as soon as the house is quiet.
