Why all the vehicles chose to drive on right side in USA ? Any specific reason for this ?

The answer lies in the word 'right'. Because the right side is the 'right' side. All Europeans with the exception of the Brits know that, too. @JolietJake Can you prove that the Americans invented this and didn't copy the Europeans? :-)

When a driver in Malta was asked "Do you drive on the right or the left" he replied "We drive in the shade". And they do.

@boiboing, Good joke. That means He does not drive / stops driving when there is no shade ??

Actually @JolietJake it's much more complicated than that as driving on the left made better sense in pre-automobile days. There's an excellent description here
About 35 per cent of the world's countries drive on the left. This strange quirk perplexes the rest of the world; but there is a perfectly good reason.

@boiboing Don't argue. We invented everything...why, we even invented England and all the other countries!

I am not sure. In other country, they ride on the left side like Hong Kong. In my opinion, it depends on what country you are living in.

All Europeans (except British) drive on the right side, your probably drive on the left because of the British domination.
