Personal Challenge: The Letter E

United States
February 6, 2016 9:29am CST
Today the letter is E. I don’t know how difficult this will be, but usually there aren’t a whole lot of choices when it comes to things that start with a vowel, but let me try to come up with my list. My favorite food that starts with the letter E: Eggs, because they can be prepared in so many different ways. My favorite is an omelet with green peppers, onions and mushrooms. With my pancakes, I like two eggs, sunny side up. My favorite actor: Elijah Wood. I loved him as a child in the movie “Forever Young” with Mel Gibson. It’s one of my favorite movies. I own it and watch it often. My favorite actress: Elizabeth Taylor. I’ve enjoyed many of her movies. I especially liked her in “Giant,” with Rock Hudson and James Dean. My favorite movie: “Erin Brockovich” My favorite song: “Early Morning Rain” Gordon Lightfoot. I’m going to put a link here and hope it works. I have always enjoyed songs by Gordon Lightfoot and I found this new site. I think this challenge has taught me a NEW skill about connecting links to my posts. I hope this works. I’m going to give some other links for songs if this works.

Eclipses are interesting. Elephants are majestic. Ears are a wonderful addition to our bodies, giving us the luxury of hearing. Earrings look nice on those. Eclairs are very tasty. Enigmas are hard to figure out sometimes. Exits are nice when you need to leave a place. I hear England is lovely. Existing is good. Eggplant is not one of my favorite foods. Embers on the fire give us warmth. I could go on.....but I wont.

Oh, but you should! Go on, that is. You could turn that into a poem so easy or a very nice article on MyLot. I just enjoyed reading it.

Oh dear. I'm still trying to learn how to link songs. I think the link I put up will bring you to Gordon Lightfoot's songs and then you have to scroll down. I'll have to look at that again.
