After several days of excruciating back pain, suddenly, today after my nap, I woke up and the pain was completly gone.
I have these episodes once or twice each year ever since I had my back surgery. In every case, I add stress to pain thunking that maybe now it will not go away. And that does not help: tensed muscles chokes the hurt nerves and add to the pain.
But now I want to tell you the good news. The pain is gone and it is as if I never had it. I am not walking bent but straight and happy.
I am thankful for my blessings and hoping that everyone can have a relief to their ailments as I am having now.
I specially wish this for those mylot friends who have shared here their chronic illness.May they be healed. Good vibs to them!

Maybe pains are given to us to discover the happiness of being without them.

I know what you mean. But still we should cherish and remember those moments as they are so scarce.

I am so glad your pain issue has resolved itself. What a relief. You are right, anxiety just makes everything worse.

I'm very happy for you friend, so you just took a nap and the pain went away? I remember you were asking for suggestions on how to remove the pain the last time.

I was in pain for several days and took a strong painkiller and stayed in bed a great part of the day. It suddenly went away today.

I have had episodes of back pain ever since I had my first baby. It all ended some 20 years ago when I had to have surgery. Now they come once in a while.
