Mondays

So many people gripe because Mondays mean the end of the weekend party life and the beginning of the boring work week. I can't agree because I work weekends but am off on Mondays. It has its good points and downfalls. Like I said before, since I work on weekends, that means most of my friends and family are off and therefore don't really get to spend much time with them except perhaps during the evening hours. On Mondays when I am off and relaxing, they are all starting their days of work not enjoying having to be there for the most part. I also cant make plans with them to hang out since they will be working until the evening. If I am lucky and they love me enough, we can get together after. I don't mind working weekends since I usually make the best money on Saturdays and Sundays, but I do sometimes wish to be off and make plans with people to do some stuff. I do look forward to my vacations throughout the year. Downtime is always nice no matter if you are off weekends or throughout the week.

I'm very used to it. I just hate sometimes that I can't make many plan with people because of our conflicting schedules lol. Ah well. Can't help it with our line of work.
