Cancelled my subscription box

Iam sort of annoyed but then I can see how they get business. I have had the subscription for a year now, and they never told me it was auto renew. So I figured when it ends it ends well turns out this month they just resent it to me. So I am stuck with the $278 bill now, and getting the box in the mail until July.

Yes, especially when it showed up on my credit card and I was like what is this for.

@kevin1877uk Rather annoying and they are making money off it. I would think its best to cancel it and honor customers so they give good feedback.

The subscription pack is an assortment of foods to try. But I find they are repeating themselves and just seems to be the same thing every month.

@sharon6345 I did contact them a few times, and they all say the samething. Since it was after the shipping time,and I order a 6 month subscription.

This is where they get you! Auto - renewal even when you first join. I have seen several subscription sites where they offer great deal and then you try it. Then, you put in your credit card information ~ you're actually going to be auto renewed until you cancel or skip the month!
