Every time I woke up it was because,my neck was soaked and cold. One time I even had to turn my pillow around due to the cold sweat. It's been a while since I had night sweats. I thought sure I was going to end up on the couch. I would sure not want that to happen though. Have you experienced night sweats before? It's not that easy to wake up feeling cold around y next area.

I have had it a few times, and I literally was covered and the sheets. I was shaking because I must of not woken up right away.

Nothing that I know of right now. It's due to menopause symptoms.
