Yes,I do.I live in a school house for more than forty five years. It is very comfortable for us here. So why make any changes. We have lovely country furniture. Oil painting, oriental rugs.Wood stove and oil heat. White enamel stove and fridge.Oh!you should get stainless stove etc. Why?we do not have any problem with it.Two flat TV screen.Computer room. So,why should I make changes. So you have a king size bed and all the fancy gadget for you to play with.No my friend, changes are not to be made here. We are very comfortable and we enjoy the history of our house. Oh!we do have a mini library. We do not have any fancy lightening etc. Plus we are free and clear of bills.Changes I think no. You can have it and pay for the rest of your life. If some of you could see our house and I am sure that you will agree. Every two years most people change everything from furniture to etc.Yes,I do not like changes.I like what we have.I am proud of it Do you like changes?are you satisfied with your house. If not please explain. I am not talking about things that need to be replace. Is what you have. Wow!this has to be one of my longest post. the photo is mine.

Your home sounds lovely. We do not change like that.If you like what belongs to you, you can spend that money for something else.

I've always thought how cool it is you guys live in an old school house. The only converted school house I've seen is a restaurant called Olde Spaghetti Factory - about a 45 minute drive from here - and it's neat how they kept a lot of what "was" there. If you are happy, then no need to change . . . keep on with whatcha got!!

Why should you make changes if you like what you have? Don't listen to others.

Your house looks absolutely lovely. You need to keep those things around you that you have grown to love and care about. It is part of who you are and each and everything will have a memory attached to it.

I don't want to go into debt for things that are not needed in my home, I am satisfied with the way things look and I am not going to buy any new things just because someone I know has that.

I like my old home. It isn't anybody's idea of beautiful I suppose but it's mine. I lean toward simple, clean and uncluttered. I wish the old man leaned that way too

We only change our house when damaged but it has to stay exactly as it was.

Your home seems like a nice place to be. If it suits you and your needs, I don't see why you should make changes. It doesn't matter what others think, so long as you like it the way it is, and there aren't any major problems with the house. Just enjoy it just as it is.

I don't change things just for the sake of 'keeping up with the Joneses'. If what I have works OK then that's fine. Your house sounds absolutely lovely. Can you share some photos?

i'm odd and most of what satisfies me,...well,...it pleases me. This is to say that if you like the way you live, why change? A lot of us would love to live that way. My furniture is unique and says a lot about me, so I try to keep it as long as I can, or until It's actually worn out.

If you like and are comfortable with what you have there is no point in changing and still there things that hold memories for us. I agree change is not always a good thing.
