Yesterday I went to the Credit Union with my son to see if they would give him a loan for the house he wants. I co-signed for him and since my credit is so good they said it looks like they can do an inhouse loan but of course we have to wait, they will be sending out some papers to be signed. Then since it was that time of the month I give my dogs their meds I had to call the vets office for more Heartworm medication for my dogs, which I gave to them. By that time it was lunchtime and I had some salmon patties, then I fed my dogs their food. After they had their lunch they laid down and fell asleep. All in all it was a good day. @Marcyaz Since you are the co-signer, make sure he understands that if a problem comes up and he can't make the mortgage, to contact you immediately. If for some reason he doesn't pay it, it comes back on you.

Your son is lucky to have you co-sign with him on his home loan. Your dogs look carefree and content as they slumber.

@Ladypeace I did co-sign with some restrictions like he has to make out a will naming me as the person who the house will go to just in case and he has a timeframe to do this in. My dogs are wonderful and are content as they sleep/.

Just make sure you never give your dogs fish it kills them ...Not good for their liver and kidneys maybe a baby bite wont hurt them once in a blue moon but defintely not everyday. I know off topic
