On Weightloss and Being Healthy

I do not know what's going on but lately, a lot of people that I know are into fitness and getting fit and losing weight. I know mine started when I notice that I get tired so easily after climbing up and down the tower at work for safety meetings. And the amount of money I am spending for new clothes because my old ones don't fit too good anymore. I was inspired to save more money and be more productive by losing weight. For me, like what I have mentioned, I go to Zumba class Monday to Thursday and yoga every Friday. And I also watch my portions, and eliminated pop, chocolates and chips in my staples. A friend goes to jazzercise every week. My boyfriend, on top of his usual gym routine started swimming again. A few people at work signed up for trainers. And the one that interested me the most is the one who went thru surgery to lose weight. I believe he has gastric sleeve. I am not sure if he is very overweight but if a doctor okayed his surgery then I guess he is qualified for the procedure. I am in awe of him because I do not think I am that brave to go under a knife for weight loss. Hopefully he sees results that he worked hard for.

I am not sporty but I plan to learn golf this summer. And I switched to fruits and almond nuts for snacks instead of chips. Hopefully this helps.

Everyone goes through this the first of the year.Now they are working on to fit in their bikini. If you are comfortable with your weight.then let it be

Lots of people are into being fit these days it's not a bad thing. It can cost a lot of money for gym membership though.

It is pricey. Thankfully free gym membership is one of the perks of my work. It would be a shame if I will not take advantage of it.
