Too warm to close the wndw and not hot enough for air conditioner. The air is not very windy but ugh that gross smell comes in to my room. Why on earth would a Vietnamese cafe serve fish that stinks. Fresh fish cooked does not smell bad so most fish in supermarkets here in US are not fresh. in Baha Calif we ate fish in Mexican cafes and they did not sink like that. Thje Vietnamese grocery store does not keep stale fish they toss them into the dumpste s and the greedy sea gulls come in to eat the smelly crap. All the way from down at the Pacific Ocean some six miles lol lol. The odor is gone now than goodness a lttle breeze has risen now.

For a food that tastes so darned good it sure can stink when it begins to decay.

Do you suppose you could put something in your window ledge that smells good for the breeze to blow across?

A few years ago I kept wondering why I smelled rotten fish. Then my husband discovered that a neighbour was throwing his fish offal in the empty lot next door. Gross or what.

You could spray your room may be with your favourite perfume? I remember my niece taking me to a restaurant in the US. It was in Colorado. As soon as we got back home my niece told me that I should keep my clothes separately and wash them separately as they will smell of food. That restaurant did not have proper ventilation as it was fully airconditioned with no proper air circulation.

Not a pleasant smell. I am glad it is gone now. You think they could dispose of the fish another way!
