In the last week I have been sorta in school online but am not sure its for me. I have worked so hard to get my assignment in on time, I got that done then in comes call from Financial Aide. It seems I had been flagged for proof of prior attendance to the last three schools I had attended.now more paper work to be done. Rush to bank to get a notary in mail before tonight.Shoo what a pain. Call schools and get transfers of credits by end of 6 weeks no problem, They will get it when they get it! Sorry to unload but it has helped me to clear my mind.I will continue to try to participate in classes unless they tell me I have to pay out of pocket for tuition.

I understand what you are saying. I too, took and online course because I was pregnant but still wanted to get my education. This program consisted of 5 courses and I decided to do one at a time. I just did my exam for my first one yesterday and have not decided if I want to continue. The online stuff was just so hard and I couldn't just go and ask a teacher for help. It sucks not knowing what to do because I want my education but I cannot handle the online. Plus because of mistakes I have made I am not sure if I even qualify for financial assitance for tuition. Life decisions can be so hard sometimes and it sucks.

@angel2you Sounds like it would be better to stick with it if at all possible.

I agree with your thinking, as long as you aren't paying out of pocket, it's free education - that's awesome - and it's not cheap. I would. Maybe just make sure that it's supposed to be free - you don't want to be caught with a big bill later on. I am all about college education although mine really hasn't gotten me any further in life. Still, it's a good learning experience and will hopefully open you up to jobs.

No worries - sometimes we need to let things out and the site is really good in accommodating people to do just that. I hope things get sorted out with your school situation soon.
